2.積極參加學校組織有關的教研活動，積極撰寫教學論文。

一個人的成長是在實踐中不斷鍛煉的。學年組的集體教研，我認真聽別人發言，找出自己的差距，虛心學習。認真上好每一節課，然后聽取別人的意見，針對自己的不足再進一步練習。腳踏實地認真鉆研，推敲每一個環節，一直到自己滿意為止。雖然有時累得不想再努力了，可是看到自己的成績心里又鼓起了勇氣。

提高自己水平，目的在于培養學生。在課堂上我認真培養訓練學生。指導朗讀，使學生朗讀水平有了提高。在表達上嚴格訓練，講讀每一篇文章，都一絲不茍，使學生的分析能力真正得到發展，并進行扎實的訓練。成績始終居學年組前列。

二、英語教學工作

在三年的英語教學工作中，我一絲不茍的做好每一環節的工作，在教學過程中，貫徹關于教育三個面向的方針，并根據兒童的特點全面培養教育學生。

對于學生我一視同仁，沒有高低優劣之分，我與他們進行的是心與心的交流，課堂上我是教師，課下我是他們的朋友，生活上我又是他們的師長。在教育的同時，也不放松對學生的管理。我采用經常鼓勵，嚴格要求，適時注意學生動向的策略進行管理。學生的情緒、成績稍有變化，我就及時與家長取得聯系，分析原因，商量解決問題的辦法。功夫不負有心人，我所教的班級，每次全縣統考班級成績都在全校平均成績以上，多次名列學年組第一，受到領導、家長的好評。
